Anyone else been Ripped off by Russ Whitney?
I'll probably get some comments from converts on this, but I was wondering how many people out there have been conned into doing a Russ Whitney course? I saw an infomercial one night and decided to go to the free seminar. The presenter was excellent. He had us all lined up to sign up for the 3 day weekend (at $2,000 price tag). The presentation skills of these guys are amazing, but the information is worthless. It can be found in a $20 book. Day 3 of the course is pretty much focussed on getting you to sign up for an even more expensive course ($10,000 and above!) because to TRULY succeed you need more than the information they just gave you. Well, I am embarrassed to say that I managed to resist the face to face, but they got me on the phone a few weeks later. I have not been able to use any of the information to generate a real estate business and have basically thrown all that money away. Anyone else had a similar experience?
